Daily Scriptures for Week of July 20th to July 22, 2022

Hello everyone, I pray you all and your families are well! I started on Wednesday of this week (July 20, 2022), posting a scripture a day, so we can meditate on God’s Word, one or more scriptures at a time. I posted these earlier on my other sites, but I wanted to give you all a hard copy, so you can refer back to the scriptures for this week.

Beginning tomorrow, July 23^rd, I will post each day separately, but will have a PDF hard copy of the scripture on each post.

July 20^th Scripture: Philippians 1:6 ESV

“I am convinced and confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will [continue to] perfect and complete it until the day of Christ Jesus [the time of His return].” AMP version

  

July 21^st Scripture: Isaiah 40:31 ESV

“But those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] Will gain new strength and renew their power; They will lift up their wings [and rise up close to God] like eagles [rising toward the sun]; They will run and not become weary, They will walk and not grow tired.” AMP version

July 22^nd Scripture: 1 Peter 5:8-9 AMP version

“Be sober [well balanced and self-disciplined], be alert and cautious at all times. That enemy of yours, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion [fiercely hungry], seeking someone to devour. But resist him, be firm in your faith [against his attack—rooted, established, immovable], knowing that the same experiences of suffering are being experienced by your brothers and sisters throughout the world. [You do not suffer alone.]”
