WOW!!! THIS IS GOOD!!! Chad opens up this message by quoting 3 John 1:2 in the NKJV which says, “²Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.”

The verse is letting us know that there is a DIRECT CONNECTION between our souls (minds) prospering, and us prospering financially, and physically!! Therefore, we SHOULD NOT worry about anything!!!

GOD HAS ALREADY TAKEN CARE OF EVERYTHING WE NEED THROUGH JESUS - HE KNOWS EVERYTHING WE NEED!!!

2 Peter 1:2-4 AMP version says unto us, “² Grace and peace [that special sense of spiritual well-being] be multiplied to you in the [true, intimate] knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord. ³ For His divine power has bestowed on us [absolutely] everything necessary for [a dynamic spiritual] life and godliness, through ^[a]true and personal knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence. ⁴ For by these He has bestowed on us His precious and magnificent promises [of inexpressible value], so that by them you may escape from the immoral freedom that is in the world because of disreputable desire, and become sharers of the divine nature.”

Also, read Matthew 6:25-32, to see what Jesus said about worrying!! And in the NKJV, the title of those verses is “Do Not Worry.”

But Jesus in verses 33-34 of Matthew 6, tells us what to do, and what will happen when we do it!! I will talk about Matthew 6 again later in the message.

Therefore, we need to stop focusing on receiving our healing, and focus on the fact that we are a spirit, with a soul, that lives in a body and JESUS HAS ALREADY made us righteous!!! Therefore, WE ARE ALREADY HEALED AND RESTORED!!!

Andrew Wommack has a great teaching titled, “Spirit, Soul, Body” which will definitely help you understand spirt, soul, and body. You can even take the class through a group study, by visiting Andrew’s Charis Bible Studies website, and searching for the class either via online (Zoom), or in person for your area. Plus, there are a lot of other subjects you can study – it’s a great site and it’s free!!

Here are some Scriptures on righteousness in the NKJV: Romans 3:21-26; Romans 5:1-11; Romans 5:19-6:23.

You can also go to the "Open Bible" website for more Scriptures on righteousness!! And you can type a topic in the search bar, to find a lot of great Scriptures to help you with what you are going THROUGH!!!

WE ARE righteous because JESUS made us righteous by BECOMING sin for us; JESUS took our sins, past, present, and future, and gave us HIS righteousness!!!

2 Corinthians 5:21 in the AMP version says it this way: “²¹ He made Christ who knew no sin to [judicially] be sin on our behalf, so that in Him we would become the righteousness of God [that is, we would be made acceptable to Him and placed in a right relationship with Him by His gracious lovingkindness].”

Therefore, healing, prosperity, etc. are all by-products of us being made righteous by JESUS and NOT by our own works!!! All of those things, and more good by-products FROM GOD (James 1:17), WILL come because JESUS MADE US righteous!!!

Jesus showed us in Luke 5:19-25 that there is a DIRECT CONNECTION between us being righteous, having our sins forgiven, and us being healed!! Let’s look at what Jesus said in Luke 5:19-25 according to the NKJV:

“¹⁹ And when they could not find how they might bring him in, because of the crowd, they went up on the housetop and let him down with his bed through the tiling into the midst before Jesus. ²⁰ When He saw their faith, He said to him, “Man, your sins are forgiven you.” ²¹ And the scribes and the Pharisees began to reason, saying, “Who is this who speaks blasphemies? Who can forgive sins but God alone?” ²² But when Jesus perceived their thoughts, He answered and said to them, “Why are you reasoning in your hearts? ²³ Which is easier, to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven you,’ or to say, ‘Rise up and walk’? ²⁴ But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins”—He said to the man who was paralyzed, “I say to you, arise, take up your bed, and go to your house.” ²⁵ Immediately he rose up before them, took up what he had been lying on, and departed to his own house, glorifying God.”

The paralyzed man’s friends brought him to Jesus to be healed. But what did Jesus tell him in verse 20? After Jesus saw the man’s, and his friends’ faith, Jesus told him, “Man, your sins are forgiven you.”

But the religious leaders did not like what Jesus said!! Therefore, Jesus broke it down for them; He made it plan!! This is what Jesus told them in verses 22-23: “²² But when Jesus perceived their thoughts, He answered and said to them, “Why are you reasoning in your hearts? ²³ Which is easier, to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven you,’ or to say, ‘Rise up and walk’?”

Then Jesus turned to the paralyzed man and spoke to him in verse 24: “²⁴ But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins”—He said to the man who was paralyzed, “I say to you, arise, take up your bed, and go to your house.”

And this is what happened in verse 25: “²⁵ Immediately he rose up before them, took up what he had been lying on, and departed to his own house, glorifying God.”

The man INSTANTLY received his healing and restoration!!! The man, and his friends, came to meet Jesus believing that he would be healed (Jesus saw the man’s friend’s faith - verse 20), Jesus told the man his sins had been forgiven; that he was righteous (verse 20). Then Jesus told the man to rise, take up his bed, and go to his house (verse 24), and IMMEDIATELY the man rose, took up his bed, and started WALKING to his house (verse 25)!!!!

PRAISE GOD!!!! PRAISE GOD!!!! PRAISE GOD!!!!! HALLELUJAH!!!! THANK YOU FATHER, THANK YOU JESUS, THANK YOU HOLY SPIRIT!!!! HALLELUJAH!!!! GOD IS AN AWESOME FATHER TO US!!!! AND HE LOVES US UNCONDITIONALLY!!!!

God is the same loving God, yesterday, today, and forever!!! Once we become aware like that man, that JESUS HAS MADE US RIGHTEOUS, we are forgiven of our sins, which means we ARE ALREADY HEALED AND RESTORED, we too WILL pick up our sick beds and walk!!!

Again, WE NEED to STOP focusing on being healed, healing manifestation, and focus on the FACT that WE ARE THE RIGHTEOUS OF GOD IN CHRIST JESUS!!!!!

AND now I see why Jesus said in Matthew 6:33, to seek FIRST the Kingdom of God AND HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS, and all other things WILL be added to us!!! I suggest you read the whole chapter of Matthew 6.

This is how the AMP version puts it: “³³ But first and most importantly seek (aim at, strive after) His kingdom and His righteousness [His way of doing and being right—the attitude and character of God], and all these things will be given to you also.”

And in the AMP version, verses 25-34 are titled, “The Cure for Anxiety!!” THE WORD OF GOD IS THE ONLY CURE FOR ANY SICKNESS, INFIRMITY, DISEASE, PAIN, OR ANY OTHER THING THAT COMES FROM SIN; THAT CAME AS A RESULT OF SIN!!!

JESUS BECAME A CURSE FOR US IN ORDER THAT IN HIM, THE BLESSINGS OF ABRAHAM MIGHT COME UPON US SO WE TOO, WOULD RECEIVE (THE REALIZATION OF) THE PROMISE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT BY FAITH!!! THEREFORE, WE ARE NO LONGER CURSED BY, OR BECAUSE OF ANYTHING (GALATIANS 3:13-14 AMP)!!!! AND DON’T ALLOW ANYONE TO TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE CURSED!!! THAT IS A LIE FROM the devil!!!!!

This is what Galatians 3.13-14 in the AMP version says: “¹³ Christ purchased our freedom and redeemed us from the curse of the Law and its condemnation by becoming a curse for us—for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs [crucified] on a tree (cross)”— ¹⁴ in order that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham might also come to the Gentiles, so that we would all receive [the realization of] the promise of the [Holy] Spirit through faith.”

Once we begin to seek God’s Kingdom and HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS, NOT do what we THINK is right, NOT do a bunch of works, THEN our HEALING AND RESTORATION WILL come, and EVERYTHING else we need!!! Also, Chad said that 1 Peter 2:24 (I like verse 25 too) was not only a healing Scripture!! He said this was about righteousness - we are healed because we are righteous now because of Jesus!! This is what 1 Peter 2:24-25 says in the AMP version:

“²⁴ He personally carried our sins in His body on the ^[a]cross [willingly offering Himself on it, as on an altar of sacrifice], so that we might die to sin [becoming immune from the penalty and power of sin] and live for righteousness; for by His wounds you [who believe] have been ^[b]healed. ²⁵ For you were continually wandering like [so many] sheep, but now you have come back to the Shepherd and Guardian of your souls.”

As you see, 1 Peter 2:24 says, JESUS carried our sins in HIS body on the cross, so that we could DIE TO SIN, and LIVE FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS!!!! WOW!!!! WE ARE DEAD TO SIN AND ALIVE TO RIGHTEOUSNESS!!!

This is what Romans 6:6-22 says in the KJV version: “⁶ Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. ⁷ For he that is dead is freed from sin. ⁸ Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him: ⁹ Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him. ¹⁰ For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God. ¹¹ Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. ¹² Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof. ¹³ Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God. ¹⁴ For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. ¹⁵ What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid. ¹⁶ Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? ¹⁷ But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you. ¹⁸ Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness. ¹⁹ I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness. ²⁰ For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness. ²¹ What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death. ²² But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.

Let’s look at verse 18 in the AMP: “¹⁸ And having been set free from sin, you have become the slaves of righteousness [of conformity to God’s will and purpose].”

When Jesus FREED us from sin, He also FREED us from EVERY curse, and consequence of sin (Galatians 3:13-14)!!! Let that sink in!! In fact, as you read this message, ask Holy Spirit to give you the revelation YOU are supposed to have from this message!! I suggest you read the whole chapter of Romans 6 (This is the AMP version link). And again, we are healed because we are righteous - healing is NOT the focus, but RENEWING OUR Minds (Romans 12:1-2) to the FACT that WE ARE RIGHTEOUSNES is the focus!!! WOW!!!!! WOE!!!!!! WOW!!!!!

We been focusing on the WRONG thing - the by-products of righteousness (healing, prosperity, etc.)!!!!

I know I have been focusing on the WRONG thing!! I was saying I was healed, but was really looking to be healed!!! And I was focused on the manifestation of it too much!!  But I found out, we can’t fool our hearts with words that come out of our mouth!!! As the Word says in Proverbs 23:7a, as a man thinketh, so is he!!! Here is Proverbs 23:7 in the KJV: “⁷ For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.”

And another Scripture that is similar in the sense of mouth speaking, but heart saying something else, is Matthew 15:8 which Jesus is referring to what Isaiah said in Isaiah 29:13. Matthew 15:8 in the KJV says, “⁸ This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.”

We MUST FOCUS on the FACT that WE ARE RIGHTEOUS BECAUSE OF JESUS!!! THEN, AND ONLY THEN, WILL the ABUNDANT LIFE JESUS come to give us (John 10:10 and read verse 11 too), MANIFEST in our lives!!!!

Here is what John 10:10-11 in the AMP version says: “¹⁰ The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance [to the full, till it overflows]. ^11 [a]I am the Good Shepherd. The Good Shepherd ^[b]lays down His [own] life for the sheep.”

Thank You Father, Thank You Jesus, Thank You Holy Spirit!!!!!

The bottom line is, in the words of my friend Steve, “You’re not necessarily seeking righteousness you’re renewing your soul (mind), to the present reality - you’re healed because that’s who you are, not necessarily something you possess (you may not see it yet in the natural). You’re righteous because God MADE you that way - that you is the real you!! Remember you’re a spirit being not your body!!”

WOW!!!! THAT SUMS IT UP!!!!
