Daily Scripture Interactive Study for August 28, 2022

Hello everyone, I pray you all and your families are well!! Here is our interactive scripture study for today. As I mentioned before, an interactive scripture study, will help us be more proactive with our daily scripture reading; it is a deeper study of the scriptures, it also helps us to pray the scriptures, and meditate on them better. Therefore, let’s DIVE into the Word of God!! Are you ready? Let’s go!!

Our Scripture for today is coming from 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 (TPT):

But he answered me, “My grace is always more than enough for you, [a] and my power finds its full expression through your weakness.” So I will celebrate my weaknesses, for when I’m weak I sense more deeply the mighty power of Christ living in me. [b] 10 So I’m not defeated by my weakness, but delighted! For when I feel my weakness and endure mistreatment—when I’m surrounded with troubles on every side and face persecution because of my love for Christ—I am made yet stronger. For my weakness becomes a portal to God’s power.

What is YOUR observation of 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 (TPT)? What do YOU see?

My observation of 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 (TPT) is: When I read this Scripture, I wanted to find out what grace really was so prayed for a revelation from Holy Spirit. I have heard Pastor Creflo Dollar talk about grace being a person – Jesus. And my friend gave me more insight on grace which led me to Romans 5:1-5. And from her insight, I came to this conclusion: So, instead of me praying to get out of pain, rest in God’s Grace (Jesus and HIS FINISHED works of healing, delivering, and restoring me by His stripes) which CAN CARRY ME THROUGH the pain (form of tribulation), to the other side, causing me to have patience, experience, and hope. And since I have been made right with God by my faith in what Jesus HAS DONE for me, I NOW have peace with God because of Jesus, who through my faith in what HE HAS DONE for me, HAS brought me into THAT BLESSING OF GOD’S GRACE so I can enjoy NOW what Jesus HAS given me – don’t have to wait until I get to heaven. And I can be happy NOW no matter what (tribulation) I go through, because of the hope I have of sharing God’s glory!! And I will NEVER be disappointed by this hope because God HAS poured out His love to fill my heart - He gave me His love through the Holy Spirit, Whom God has given me!

What is God saying to YOU today, as YOU read 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 (TPT)? How can YOU apply 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 (TPT) to YOUR life?

Today, God is telling me, once again, HE GOT ME!!  I MUST take my eyes off the pain and put them of Jesus; on what Jesus HAS done for me – healed, delivered, and restored me ALREADY!! I can apply 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 (TPT) to my life by RESTING IN JESUS’ FINISHED WORKS OF HEALING FOR ME! I CHOOSE to focus on what God’s Word SAID, instead of listening to the voice of the pain in my body – I WILL silence the pain, with the Word of God!! Pain is trying to exalt itself against the knowledge of God, but I WILL NOT ALLOW IT TO – I WILL SPEAK TO EVERY MOUNTAIN OF PAIN, COMMANDING IT TO BE REMOVED AND CAST INTO THE SEA, NEVER TO RETURN, BY THE AUTHORITY GIVEN TO ME BY JESUS!! I WILL NOT BE SHAKEN BY PAIN OR ANYTHING ELSE!! THANK YOU JESUS!! THANK YOU FATHER!! THANK YOU HOLY SPIRIT!!

What is YOUR prayer from 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 (TPT)? My prayer from 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 (TPT): Father, YOU told me many, many years ago, that I WOULD SEE YOUR GLORY and I believe You; I STAND on what You said – NO MATTER WHATNO MATTER HOW MUCH PAIN I AM INI STAND AND BELIEVE AND TRUST YOU!! Thank You Father, for allowing me to SEE YOUR GLORY, IN THE LAND OF THE LIVING!! YOU ARE NOT DONE WITH ME!! I love You Father, I love You Jesus, I love You Holy Spirit!! Help me Holy Spirit, NOT to focus on the pain but to focus Father’s Promise and look at!! In Jesus’ Mighty Name, Amen!!
