Daily Scriptures w/Confessions for August 1, 2022

Good day everyone, our scriptures for today are from Galatians 2:19-21 AMP. These, as all the scriptures in the Bible, are powerful!! I love these verses of scriptures – they cause us to KNOW without a shadow of doubt, who we are in and because of Christ. The more confidence we become in who we are in Christ, and God’s, Jesus,’ and Holy Spirit’s love for us, the better off our lives will be. We WON’T be tossed to and fro by the enemy or unsound doctrines. Holy Spirit’s discernment WILL let us KNOW whether what we are listening to, is the REAL Word of God or not.

Scripture w/Confession: Galatians 2:19 AMP

“¹⁹For through the Law I died to the Law and its demands on me [because salvation is provided through the death and resurrection of Christ], so that I might [from now on] live to God.”

Father, I thank You, that I obtained salvation through the death and resurrection of Christ, so that I might LIVE TO YOU from now on – I don’t want to do my own thing ANYMORE Father!! I know now that Jesus redeemed me for a purpose and that purpose to live to You – acknowledge You in ALL my ways and ALLOW YOU to direct my path. I don’t want go my own way but I want to be led by Holy Spirit in ALL I do!! I know because of Jesus, through the Law I died to the Law and its demands on me. Jesus CANCELLED ALL requirements of the Law for me!! Thank You Father, thank You Jesus, thank You Holy Spirit!!

Scripture w/Confession: Galatians 2:20 AMP – KJV

“²⁰I have been crucified with Christ [that is, in Him I have shared His crucifixion]; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body I live by faith [by adhering to, relying on, and completely trusting] in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.”

I believe what the Word of God says about me in Galatians 2:20 that I have been crucified with Christ, that is in Him I have shared His crucifixion. Therefore, it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith, by adhering to, relying on, and completely trusting, in (and of – KJV) the Son of God (Jesus), who loved me and gave Himself up for ME!! Thank You Jesus for giving up Your life for mine – for taking ALL sin, and the consequences (sickness, disease, infirmity, pain, curses, etc.) of not keeping the Law, away from me!! And for giving me Your righteousness, so I could be restored to Father!! Thank You Jesus, thank You Father, thank You Holy Spirit!! I love You Father, I love You Jesus, I love You Holy Spirit!!

Scripture w/Confession: Galatians 2:21 AMP

“²¹I do not ignore or nullify the [gracious gift of the] grace of God [His amazing, unmerited favor], for if righteousness comes through [observing] the Law, then Christ died needlessly. [His suffering and death would have had no purpose whatsoever.]””

Father, I do not ignore or nullify YOUR gracious gift of grace, YOUR amazing, unmerited favor, You have given me. Because I KNOW Father, that righteousness DOES NOT come through observing the Law, but righteousness comes through Jesus!! Thank You Jesus for sacrificing Your life for me AND giving me NEW LIFE, YOUR ABUNDANT LIFE!! Thank You Holy Spirit for raising me up from the dead when You raised Jesus – when Jesus got up, I got up too!!
