You Are Looking In The Wrong Place! (Inside Out)

Scriptures: Ps 85:8

“I will hear what God the LORD will speak, For He will speak peace To His people and to His saints; But let them not turn back to folly.”

Your blessings (spiritual & natural) are on the inside of you; not on the outside. Look within! God is inside of you and He is working on you from the inside out.

Jesus has already given you inner peace; just accept it and stop trying to solve your own problems – that’s where the stress is coming from (John 14: 27).

For once and for all, give God all your cares, concerns, problems, situations, circumstances, burdens, etc. Whatever is weighting you down today, cast it upon Jesus because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7); He is your Author and Finisher of your faith (Hebrew 12:2). Trust God, acknowledge Him in all your ways and let Him direct your path; do not lean to your own understanding. We are not to be wise in our own eyes but fear the Lord and depart from evil and this will be health to our flesh and strength to our bones (Proverbs 3:5-8).

Jesus’ yoke is easy and His burden is light so take upon yourselves His yoke and learn from Him; Jesus is gentle and lowly in heart – then we will find rest for our souls (Matthew 11:28-30).

28 “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

With this in mind, “let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me” (John 14:1).
