God’s Mercy is Renewed Afresh Daily!

Scripture: ²² “The faithful love of the Lord never ends! His mercies never cease. ²³ Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning.”

(Lamentations 3:22-23)

Each day is a brand new day; God’s mercy is renewed afresh each morning we wake up. Therefore, the sins, mistakes, blunders, etc. we made yesterday, after we have confessed them to God, no longer exist in God’s eyes. Because Psalm 103:12 says, “He has removed our sins as far as the east is from the west” (NLT).

God will throw our sins, (after we confess them to Him and ask for forgiveness: 1 John 1:8-9 tells us this: ⁸ “If we claim we have no sin, we are only fooling ourselves and not living in the truth. ⁹ But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness” NLT), into the sea of forgetfulness according to Micah 7:19: “You will have mercy on us again; You will conquer our sins. You will throw away all our sins into the deepest part of the sea” (NCV – New Century Version). God does not bring up our sins once they have been confessed to Him; the accuser of the brethren does – Satan.
